Carolyn Haeler is the Founder and CEO of Mightylicious Gluten Free Foods, based in New Jersey.

When Carolyn was diagnosed with Celiac disease at age 31, she went on the hunt for a good tasting gluten free cookie.

When she couldn’t find any on the market, she decided to create her own GF cookie, and after a period of trial and error MIGHTYLICIOUS was born.

Today Mightylicious offers 7 varieties of GF cookies (vegan & vegetarian options) as well as Three flour mixes- all are certified Gluten Free, non-GMO and Kosher, made with clean ingredients.
