Motivated by the critical need for mental health support, Dr. Altreisha Foster emerged as a passionate advocate for transformative healing. Recognizing the gaps in available resources, she founded The Cake Therapy Foundation, an initiative devoted to empowering women and girls impacted by the justice system and foster care. Dr. Foster’s vision is to create a safe and nurturing space where the therapeutic art of baking becomes a powerful catalyst for personal growth, resilience and community connection.
